      Job Description

      Officer Training School 5.5 weeks Military Training Location Maxwell AFB, AL Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or doctor of osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution

      • Completion of at least one year of graduate medical education
      • Completion of a primary course in aerospace medicine
      • Completion of the Flight and Operational Medicine Program (FOMP)
      • Must obtain and maintain a medical license
      • Completion of Officer Training School
      • Must be at least 18 years old and not have reached your 48th birthday
