Role responsibilities include leading and participating in all facets of flight test planning and execution in multiple areas including requirements development, test planning, test event preparation, and test coordination.Specific positional responsibilities include:Lead and engage with capability update working groups to include collaboration with the customer and the Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) Development Triton LeadTrack and report detailed test metrics to NGC leadership and ensure unified ITT metrics. Candidates must be able to provide leadership and managerial direction to the NGC Flight Test and System Test Engineering Team on a tactical and strategic basis.Additionally, candidates must be able to perform Flight Test Engineering functional duties and responsibilities. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
