Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting between $18.55 to $20.60 per hour. (Pay is based on experience.)
**Now hosting weekly open interviews on Thursdays from 9am to 3pm CT.**
Responsibilities:
Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
Float between 2 to 3 programs
Required to work 40 to 48 hours minimum per week.
Must be flexible with hours to work, with the ability to work various shifts such as days, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Maintain a valid driver's license.
Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
A strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
Prefer candidates to have at least 2-3 years of caregiving experience
Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
