We are seeking a flexible, dependable, and motivated Floater Production Support to work in various production departments and operations throughout the Company. The ideal candidate will have the ability to learn and perform a variety of manufacturing tasks and adapt quickly to changing production needs. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to move from one job or department to another during the shift based on business and production requirements. The successful candidate will be comfortable learning new processes, working with different teams, and taking on new assignments with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, providing support in the following areas:
Hydraulic-Trim Operation
Machine Polisher
Racking
Main Floor Production
Fusion
Makes recommendations to upgrade processes when improvement opportunities are identified.
Maintains constant and clear communication with supervisors to ensure proper workflow between assignments.
Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in work area.
Must be able to climb a ladder and walk or stand for entire shift
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Previous experience working in manufacturing and warehouse preferred.
Demonstrates a positive attitude
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
