Floater (Shipping/Assembley) - 1st Shift

Advance Services has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Assembly Floater in Grand Island, NE! We are seeking dependable and adaptable candidates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position supports both shipping and assembly operations by assisting with various production tasks, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the process.

Job Duties:

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and shipping tasks based on department needs
• Help build, prepare, and inspect fabricated components for shipment
• Package finished products according to customer and production requirements
• Load and unload materials and finished goods as needed
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Assist team members with meeting daily production goals
• Verify product quality and accuracy before shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines
• Move between departments and tasks as production needs change

Pay: $20+/Hour DOE
Shift: 1st
Hours: 6 am to 2:30 pm
