Early Childhood Education Teacher – Floater
Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA
Pay:$22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a flexible and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to provide classroom support throughout our center.
This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys variety and feels comfortable stepping into different classrooms throughout the day. You'll support our teaching teams, provide break and ratio coverage, and help ensure children receive a consistent, engaging experience no matter which classroom you're in.
What You'll Do
- Provide classroom, break, and ratio coverage throughout the center
- Support classrooms based on daily staffing needs
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Engage children through play, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities
- Support meals, rest time, toileting/diapering, and classroom transitions
- Maintain positive guidance and attentive supervision
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and teaching teams
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms
- Follow Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
- Previous childcare, preschool, daycare, or early childhood experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups
- Additional EEC age-group qualifications are a plus
- Flexible, dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented
- Must meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements
