Floating Apartment Maintenance Specialist

In this roving maintenance position, you will have a unique opportunity to work at different communities, getting to know the region’s portfolio. This puts you at a great advantage to learn from other experts in the field to grow your skill set and your career!

Must haves:

• Positive attitude
• Desire to learn
• Speed
• Sense of humor
• Excellent customer service
• Understanding of basic areas of home maintenance
• Preferred schedule: Monday-Friday

Great to haves:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping

The compensation range for this role is $23 - $27 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
