Join Our Team as a Floating Caregiver! We’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Floating Caregivers to join our team at Innovative Care Services! As a Floating Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities at various residential homes throughout the Green Bay and Fox Valley areas. If you’re ready to make a real difference, we want to hear from you! Position: Caregiver Location: Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or Adult Family Home (AFH), Green Bay and Appleton. Must be available to travel between Green Bay and Appleton area's. Shifts Available: Full-time Compensation: $19.00- $20.00 per hour Shift Times: Candidates must have the availability to work 2 out of the 3 shifts below and have flexibility with their scheduling. This is a perfect role for an experienced caregiver.

Innovative Services started in 2004 in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area with the mission and vision to give those with developmental disabilities the best quality of life in the community. Innovative Services has continued to grow throughout the state of Wisconsin, with regional administrative offices in Green Bay, Appleton, Stevens Point, La Crosse and Superior. Although the organization started out working primarily with individuals with developmental disabilities, we don’t have a rigid approach and have expanded our supports to people of all ages with varying needs.
