Floating Caregiver Position

We are looking for dependable, caring, and dedicated caregivers to join our team in a Floating Caregiver position. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable providing quality care to different clients based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Remind clients to take medications as permitted by state regulations
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Be available to cover open shifts and support different clients as needed
• Adapt quickly to different client routines, care plans, and environments

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, flexible, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with different clients and schedules
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus
