As a Floating Scheduler, you are a key part of daily operations—jumping in where needed to ensure schedules stay covered and communication stays clear. You will primarily focus on current-week scheduling, working quickly to fill open shifts, respond to call-outs, and keep both clients and caregivers supported.
This is a high-impact, real-time role where your ability to think quickly, communicate clearly, and stay organized makes a direct difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Manage same-week scheduling and urgent coverage needs for all offices!
- Quickly fill open shifts when caregivers call out or gaps arise
- Answer incoming calls from multiple offices and assist with scheduling adjustments
- Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm coverage and updates
- Make real-time changes in the scheduling system to keep care uninterrupted
- Partner with leadership on escalations or complex coverage situations
- Keep documentation accurate and up to date in WellSky and internal systems
- Proactively monitor schedules and identify gaps before they become issues

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of scheduling and customer service experience required
- Bilingual a plus
- WellSky experience a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Teams
