Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Multiple options - 5:00pm or 7:00pm start times available
Location: Serving various work environments in the Fox Valley area

Versatile Field Execution: Consistently perform high-quality cleaning in diverse settings, including offices, industrial plants, and healthcare facilities.
Self-Management: Execute all duties efficiently with moderate instruction.
Equipment & Safety: Operate and maintain industrial equipment (vacuums, scrubbers) while strictly following safety protocols and chemical mixing guidelines.
Grit & Work Ethic: You aren't afraid of physically demanding work that requires constant lifting, bending, and standing.
Reliability: You understand that our clients depend on us. You have a history of consistent attendance.
Ownership: You take pride in your work, even when tasks are unpleasant, and you handle feedback as an opportunity for growth.
Professionalism: You can communicate effectively with team members while maintaining a professional appearance.
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience: Prior professional custodial experience preferred.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects averaging 50 lbs to 75 lbs.
Requirements: Must pass an acceptable criminal background screening.
Transportation: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to consistently reliable transportation is required.
