The Floating Personal Services Representative I assists members in person and over the phone. They are responsible for performing teller transactions and member service transactions related to savings, checking, credit cards, IRAs, and resolving problems in a timely manner. Must actively listen and cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs. Will be required to travel to different branch locations based on staffing needs and act with good judgment, courtesy, tact, and patience.
