Are you an experienced affordable housing professional ready for a dynamic, high-impact role? Brookside Properties is seeking a Floating Property Manager to support and lead operations across our affordable housing portfolio throughout Tennessee, with a primary focus in the Greater Nashville area.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with 5+ years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with extensive travel between communities to support site performance, compliance, and team success.

What You’ll Do
Provide operational leadership across multiple affordable housing communities
Travel extensively between Tennessee properties to support site performance and staffing needs
Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals
Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Project-Based Section 8, and affordable housing regulations
Monitor delinquency, budgeting, and property performance metrics
Supervise and coach onsite office and maintenance teams
Conduct site inspections and maintain Brookside operational standards
Qualifications
Required: 5+ years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience
Must be willing and able to travel throughout region
