Floor Care Sales Professional

Atlanata, GA | $70,000–$100,000 Base + Commission

A growing organization and one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial flooring companies in the Southeast is seeking an experienced Floor Care Sales Professional to join its team.

This position is ideal for a sales professional with experience selling flooring maintenance contracts or janitorial services and who enjoys developing client relationships, pursuing new business, and delivering solutions that support long-term customer retention.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience and strong knowledge of commercial floor-care products and services.

This position will be responsible for developing and growing the flooring maintenance business throughout the Atlanta Metro.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales revenue.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flooring maintenance sector.

• Sell commercial flooring-maintenance contracts and related services.

• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate floor-care solutions.

• Develop new accounts while supporting the retention and growth of existing business.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales and service process.

• Work independently to develop the Metro Atlanta territory.

• Meet and exceed established sales targets and revenue goals.

• Represent the company professionally with prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience selling flooring-maintenance contracts or janitorial services.

• Strong knowledge of floor-care products and services.

• Proven ability to develop client relationships and pursue new business.

• Excellent communication and sales skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Ability to consistently work toward and exceed sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $70–$100k
