Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Floor Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in floor care and is also willing to assist with general commercial cleaning as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Strip and wax floors
- Operate sit-down and walk-behind floor scrubbers
- Perform carpet cleaning and VLM (Very Low Moisture) cleaning
- Use buffer and burnisher machines
- General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restrooms, trash removal, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Travel to multiple job sites as required
Requirements:
- Experience with floor care equipment (buffer, burnisher, scrubbers)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Must be reliable, on time, and able to work independently
- Must have a positive attitude and be respectful to clients and coworkers
- Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask
- Uniform required (provided)
