What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, LVP/Hardwood, and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings
- Safely and efficiently set up equipment at job sites
- Move furniture and prep spaces for cleaning
- Clearly communicate with clients and set proper expectation
- Provide clients with opportunities for additional services (Upsell)
- Represent the company with professionalism at every job
- Work independently or with a team during day shift (7:45AM – 5:00PM), Monday through Friday - 1-2 Saturdays monthly
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or points)
- Reliable transportation to our Knoxville location
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, and working in a variety of environments
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- 1 year of floor care experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Day Shift: Sunday through Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
