The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader role's primary focus is to create an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests by performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks such as cashiering, visual displays, and store cleanliness.
They work closely with management to develop sales, recruit and train new Teammates, and lead by example in customer service and showmanship.
Responsibilities include generating sales through guest engagement, providing excellent service, maintaining visual standards, managing merchandise, and supporting store operations.
They assist in Teammate development, promote a positive store culture, and contribute to team growth.
