Loretta's Last Call is one of Lansdowne Street's most dynamic destinations—a place where great drinks, live music, and good times come together. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to keep both staff and guests engaged.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Motivate and manage a dynamic front-of-house team
• Ensure excellent guest experiences with a focus on hospitality and consistency
• Partner with ownership to hit sales goals and maintain standards
• Oversee scheduling, training, and day-to-day problem solving

What We're Looking For:

• Previous restaurant or bar management experience (high-volume strongly preferred)
• A leadership style that's upbeat, approachable, and hands-on
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills with both staff and guests
• A passion for hospitality and creating a lively, welcoming environment

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000, depending on experience
• We offer top tier health benefits and a matching 401k after 1 year.
