Guest Experience

  • Maintain an elevated, welcoming atmosphere aligned with the Melrose brand

  • Actively engage with guests, resolve concerns in real time, and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Handle guest issues, comps, and escalations with professionalism and discretion

  • Monitor guest flow, table pacing, and crowd dynamics throughout service

  • Lead by example with a calm, confident, and professional presence

  • Provide real-time coaching, corrections, and encouragement to staff

  • Ensure staff adherence to uniform, grooming, and conduct standards

  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members

  • Enforce policies consistently and respectfully

  • Communicate any incidents, guest feedback, or operational issues to management
