Seeking an experienced Floor Manager to lead a dynamic sushi bar team and promote business growth.

Responsibilities include organizing catering, special events, and implementing creative strategies to boost sales. Manage daily operations, inventory, quality, safety, and staff training to ensure excellent guest experiences. Handle payroll, scheduling, facility, and equipment management.

Must have at least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume setting, with a positive attitude, strong leadership, and financial understanding. Be flexible with hours, bilingual in English and Spanish, and knowledgeable about wine and spirits. Certification in food safety is required.
