What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations during your shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Train, mentor, and develop FOH staff to maintain high service standards and company culture
• Manage shift operations and lead by example with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Close the restaurant, ensuring all protocols are followed and the team leaves on time
• Hold FOH staff accountable to performance expectations while fostering a positive team environment
• Work Brunch shifts Friday Sunday and Dinner shifts Friday Saturday (10-hour shifts)
