About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, guest-focused Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high volume restaurant. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys leading and developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional food, service, and guest experiences.


The Restaurant Manager will oversee FOH operations while partnering with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and team engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example, builds strong teams, and creates a positive, hospitality driven culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and hourly FOH team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new employees while supporting ongoing development.
  • Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Ensure consistent execution of food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures.
  • Manage labor scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll to support business needs.
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings, performance coaching, and regular team evaluations.
  • Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency and restaurant performance.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale casual environment.
  • Strong leadership experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and P&L performance.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
