Floor Operator

Start your new career as a Warehouse Floor Operator with MAU at Atlas Roofing in LaGrange, GA. As a Warehouse Floor Operator, you will be responsible for moving materials from the production line to the warehouse while supporting shipping, storage, and inventory processes. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement.

• $18 per hour
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts, including occasional Saturdays
• Assembly experience (required)
• Ability to frequently lift 50-100 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, climb, balance, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Forklift certification preferred

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Floor Operator:

• Move materials from the production line to the warehouse
• Stack and organize materials in the warehouse
• Track row capacity to maximize storage efficiency
• Unload incoming and finished goods materials
• Pull materials to load trucks, ensuring proper labeling and packaging
• Read and interpret pick lists for accurate order fulfillment
• Assemble edge protectors and other packaging materials
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance
