About the Role

DCD Automotive/Nucar is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Floor Plan Processor to join

our accounting team. This position is responsible for managing floor plan processing for 23

automotive dealerships, ensuring inventory financing transactions are recorded accurately

and reconciled in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-

paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with a

team.

Key Responsibilities

Process floor plan transactions for 23 dealership locations.

Perform accurate data entry within the Dealership Accounting System (DAS).

Record and post daily floor plan payoffs to the Inventory General Ledger.

Record and post daily inventory additions to the Inventory General Ledger.

Research, investigate, and resolve floor plan discrepancies.

Complete month-end floor plan reporting and reconciliations.

Maintain accurate records while meeting daily and monthly deadlines.

Collaborate with accounting and dealership teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous automotive dealership accounting or floor plan experience required.

Experience with Tekion and/or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
