Floor Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Floor Supervisor – 2nd Shift | Toledo, OH

PPS is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands-on position will lead approximately 12–15 employees and take ownership of production, safety, quality, attendance, and overall floor performance during the shift.

We’re looking for a dependable, self-directed leader who can run the floor, make decisions, solve problems, and keep employees accountable with limited oversight. Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, recycling, industrial production, warehouse, or a similar environment is strongly preferred.
