Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of floor staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock management and replenishment to maintain product availability.
• Train, recruit, and develop team members to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Skills
