Floor Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of picker/packers, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on schedule.
- Assign work, monitor productivity, and provide hands-on direction and support to warehouse personnel.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring proper inventory handling and workflow.
- Provide approximately 10% support and oversight to the Service Department, assisting with workflow coordination and priorities.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment, with prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively direct and motivate a team.
- Experience with order fulfillment, picking/packing, inventory, shipping/receiving, or similar warehouse operations.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and interacting with both warehouse and technical/service personnel.
