Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment to remove stains and dirt, ensuring carpets are fresh and well-maintained.
- Apply floor care treatments such as waxing or sealing to protect surfaces and enhance durability.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, hallways, and other high-traffic zones through regular janitorial routines.
- Assist with environmental services by disposing of waste properly and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Support custodial operations by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a secure environment.
- Assists with event set ups, taking out trash, and general housekeeping
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or institutional settings.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, mopping, and carpet cleaning methods.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers, extractors, and vacuums safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and stand for extended periods.

Shift:
Full time Sunday, 1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday-Thursday 10:00am-6:30pm
Full time Sunday - Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm
Experience:
1 - 2 years of experience in hospitality or hospital setting. Senior living experience is a plus!
Starting at:
$19.00 - $20.00 depending on experience
