Weare seeking an experienced Floor Tech to join our team at North Beach Rehabilitation Center, a premier provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in North Miami Beach. As a Floor Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to infection control protocols
Restock supplies and linens as needed
Assist with laundry, trash removal, and recycling
Maintain the appearance of the facility's interior and exterior, including landscaping and parking areas
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient rooms are clean and ready for care
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
