Floor Tech

NewCourtland Properties is seeking a full time Floor Tech to be part of our team. This is a Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 8 hours per day, no weekends position.

Position Summary: The Floor Technician is responsible for making sure that all floor surfaces are properly cleaned and maintained as per manager’s direction.

Summary of duties:

• All Floor Techs must be cross-trained in housekeeping and laundry in order to fill in when necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Training/Work Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent, vocational training in skilled trade or other relevant technical training. Minimum two years experience in physical plant operations and equipment maintenance in an institutional health care setting.
