Job Title: Floor Technician

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

# of Openings: 1

Location: Onsite | 315 Martin Luther King Jr. Way (EVS Dept)

Start Date: ASAP (Can start pending screens with manager approval)

Duration: 440-hour contract-to-hire

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hr (Potential for $22.00 depending on years of experience)

Experience:
  • Must have professional floor maintenance experience.
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently; prioritize candidates whose previous roles show consistent early-morning or graveyard shifts.

Day to Day
  • Operating T300 scrubbers and burnishers on Terrazzo and LVT flooring.
  • Role requires flexibility; as they open the new facility and migrate equipment/items, some construction-related support and moving of items will be required.

Interview Process : 1 interview (On-site preferred).
  • Availability: 3/6 at 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, or 1:00 PM.
