Position Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment during non-operational hours. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and take pridein delivering high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive floor care services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, scrubbing, stripping, and waxing.
  • Operate professional floor care equipment such as low and high-speed scrubbers, extractors, and Kaivac systems.
  • Prepare cleaning solutions by safely mixing water and approved chemicals according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Transport, lift, and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials to assigned work areas.
  • Load and unload supplies into vehicles and return unused materials to designated storage areas.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies to ensure availability for assigned areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs and skill level.

Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation
  • High attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
  • Must be able to pass a background check (if required)

  • This is a part-time position.
  • Monday - Friday
