We have an opening for a Floor Technician to work PRN.Lakeview's Floor Technician is to maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, attractive manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed in order to ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times.Why join us?* Competitive pay* Health, dental, and vision benefits* Retirement plan with employer match* Employee Assistance Program* Fitness center and poolJob Duties and Responsibilities* Receive and follow cleaning schedule/instructions from your supervisor.* Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as outlined for respective areas.* Pick up and dispose of certain trash every morning and afternoon* Dust-mop assigned areas* Learn to operate FM20 buffer.* Be responsible for room strip and waxing needs.* Buff rooms as needed.* Sweep, wet-mop and dining areas after meals.* Be willing and able to learn how to strip and wax floors.* Come in twice a year overnight to strip and waxing hallway floors* Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to your supervisor.* Assist with delivery of incoming shipping orders and supplies* Maintain stock in each utility closet for housekeeping supplies* Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.* Handles stress well, gets along with others in the workplace, maintains acceptable standards of conduct.* Adheres to all safety regulations and requirements.* Completes trainings as required by policy.* Supportive of Lakeview Village's vision, mission, and values.* Performs other duties as assigned.
