Seeking a Floor Technician for a brand new independent, assisted living, and memory care community in Weston. The primary focus is ensuring all public area floors (marble, carpets, tile) are clean, shiny, and well-maintained daily, including trash removal and plant care.
Essential duties include following detailed cleaning instructions and schedules for buffing, polishing, stripping, scrubbing, waxing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shampooing, with a strong emphasis on safety.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of floor care experience, ability to interpret safety rules and manuals, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ideal candidates are responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and capable of multitasking under pressure. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred. Availability for emergency situations is required.
