Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Floor Technicians for available positions. We are looking for dependable individuals to maintain and restore floors in commercial and institutional facilities while following proper cleaning and safety procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean, maintain, strip, wax, buff, and refinish various types of flooring
- Operate floor machines, buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and other cleaning equipment
- Perform routine floor care according to facility standards
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors as needed
- Identify and address stains, spills, and other floor maintenance issues
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions
- Maintain and organize floor care equipment and supplies
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Follow facility safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures when applicable
- Assist with general custodial duties as needed

Qualifications
- Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or EVS experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Experience operating floor care equipment preferred
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
