About the Role:
Join Renue Systems Central Texas as a Floor Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of various flooring surfaces. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch floor care solutions in Central Texas Mainly Areas between San Antonio and Austin
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on various types of flooring, including carpets, tile, and hardwood.
- Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques to ensure optimal floor appearance and longevity.
- Inspect and assess flooring conditions to determine appropriate cleaning methods.
- Apply sealants, finishes, and protective coatings as needed.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in floor care or maintenance is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus but not required
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
