Responsibilities:- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the flooring selection process
- Help customers find flooring and tile solutions that fit their home, lifestyle, and budget
- Create proposals, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
- Maintain communication with new and existing customers
- Stay organized and manage sales activity effectively
- Represent Carpet City Flooring Center with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Qualifications:- Previous sales experience in retail, home improvement, furniture, remodeling, real estate, or related industries
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Comfortable using technology and managing details
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flooring experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training
