Bring your flooring expertise to a fast-growing construction services team serving New England, with immediate impact and autonomy as you help build a new division. In this Flooring Division Manager opportunity based in Manchester, NH, you’ll oversee residential and commercial flooring projects while partnering closely with subcontracted crews and internal estimating support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Flooring Division Manager position include:
- Flooring leadership experience required, with a strong understanding of sales, estimating, supplier relationships, project management, crews, and division growth.
- Supervise and coordinate flooring installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Estimate construction costs accurately for flooring projects and provide detailed assessments for budgeting.
- Know residential and commercial flooring materials and product lines, with established relationships with suppliers for ordering and specifying.
- Oversee installation of flooring types including heavy LVP volume, carpet, and residential ceramic tile; epoxy is subcontracted.
- Manage subcontracted installer relationships and coordinate approximately three crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects.
Salary: $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
