A great floor is the first thing a client notices. Red Grasshopper is seeking Flooring Technicians who are experts in modern vinyl and classic wood installations. We need installers who understand that the "secret" to a perfect floor is 100% in the subfloor preparation.
Vinyl Specialist: Expert installation of LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank), EVP, and sheet vinyl, ensuring tight seams and perfect patterns.
Wood Flooring: Installation of engineered and solid hardwood, including layout planning and expansion gap management.
Subfloor Prep: Leveling, sanding, and prepping subfloors to ensure a "bounce-free" and flat finish.
Finishing Touches: Installing transitions, t-molding, and integrating with baseboards/shoe molding for a seamless look.
Experience: 2+ years of professional flooring installation.
Technical Skill: Ability to calculate square footage and waste accurately. Mastery of flooring saws, spacers, and tapping blocks.
Communication:Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a significant plus for interacting with diverse teams and clients.
Reliability: Punctual, clean-cut, and respectful of the client's home or office space.
