Full-Time | New Lenox, IL Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Install a variety of residential flooring products, including:
  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
  • Hardwood
  • Tile
  • Vinyl
  • Natural Stone
• Measure, prepare, and complete installations with precision
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
• Maintain professional communication with builders and team members
• Deliver clean, accurate, and timely installations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of flooring installation experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Own flooring installation tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Professional appearance and fluent English communication
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
