Premier Flooring Center is an established, employee-owned company with 30 years of experience serving residential, commercial, and educational customers throughout Grass Valley and the surrounding communities.
As we continue to grow our market presence, we’re looking to add an experienced, motivated Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and taking ownership of their earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits
Established sales representatives have historically averaged approximately $100,000 in annual total earnings.
This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential and a $7,500/month draw against commission.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a salesperson who enjoys both developing new relationships and helping customers bring their projects to life.
You’ll have access to Premier’s extensive selection of flooring and window-covering products, established vendor relationships, installation capabilities, and the support of an experienced local team.
You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships and sales opportunities from initial contact through project completion while actively developing new business throughout the market.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial customers
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
Generate leads through phone, email, networking, referrals, community relationships, and in-person outreach
Consult with customers to understand their flooring and window-covering needs
Recommend appropriate products, designs, and installation solutions
Prepare and follow up on project proposals and estimates
Develop repeat and referral business
Maintain an active pipeline and document sales activity in the CRM
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, installers, and internal team members to support successful project completion
Maintain strong knowledge of Premier’s products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable creating opportunities rather than simply waiting for leads.
The ideal candidate will have:
A proven track record in sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
A results-oriented approach and desire to exceed sales goals
Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
Basic computer and CRM proficiency
Experience in flooring, construction, home improvement, interior design, building materials, or a related industry is preferred.
