About Us
Floor Coverings International of North Denver is a veteran-owned, locally operated flooring company dedicated to transforming homes and lives through inspired design and exceptional craftsmanship. We bring the mobile showroom directly to our customers, creating a convenient, personalized, high-touch experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home design and sales consultations
- Measure rooms and job sites to provide accurate quotes
- Guide customers through flooring selections that fit their style and budget
- Close sales by clearly presenting value and options
- Manage proposals, follow-ups, and project details
- Build referral relationships with local builders, realtors, and designers
- Partner with the Production Manager for a seamless customer experience
What Success Looks Like
- 50%+ close rate on appointments
- Consistent 5-star customer reviews
- Strong referral and repeat business pipeline
What We're Looking For
- In-home or outside sales experience
- Comfortable with basic math and measuring (square footage, quantities, pricing)
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Self-motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable
- Valid driver's license
Even Better If You Have:
- Background in flooring, construction, or home improvement
- Experience networking with builders, realtors, or trade professionals
Most importantly, you bring a positive attitude, stay calm under pressure, and follow through no matter what.
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 draw + uncapped commission (6-figure potential)
