Crossed Keys Estate is seeking enthusiastic and creative team players looking to learn about floral and decor design and the luxury weddings industry. Event setup team members will play a crucial role in supporting the aesthetic design and execution of events. This position requires attention to detail, capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and passion for making beautiful and memorable experiences. Candidates should be capable of wearing many hats as the floral and decor team is a small, highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Assisting head designers with processing and storage
- Prepping, cleaning and storing hard goods before and/or after an event
- Setting up wedding floral & decor on event days
- Delivery of personal flowers (e.g. bouquets, boutonnieres) to wedding party and family members
- Breaking down, repurposing and/or transporting arrangements, lighting candles, breaking down setups based on wedding day timelines
- Organizing and keeping track of hard goods inventory
- Assisting in other areas of wedding day execution as needed
- Reviewing wedding design plan and ensuring all items have been delivered
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in fast paced in environment
- Desire to learn Wedding and Event Design and Decor
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements
- Ability to stand for hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience not necessary; willing to train the right candidate. Looking for a dedicated, hard worker, who is quick to learn and loves to be creative!

Blending Katherine’s love for planning and Celso’s passion for food, the Rodriguez family began their legacy of thoughtfully curated milestone events centered around meals worth remembering.As their family grew, so did their business and its offerings, and when Katherine and Celso stumbled upon the estate in 1999, they knew they’d found their forever home and the perfect location to allow Crossed Keys Estate to flourish into the established wedding venue it is today - over 600 joy-filled weddings later.
Today, Crossed Keys Estate is truly a family-owned and operated business. Katherine and Celso are joined in the business by their son, John, daughter, Jessica, and her husband, Kyle. We’re proud to have added other wonderful members to our team and see many of our wedding season staff choose to return year after year.We love that our estate is centered around family, and when you get married at Crossed Keys, you become a part of it. We value the relationships we create with our couples, appreciate their trust, and are honored to still be in contact with many of our couples up to 15 years later.
