What you'll be doing

• Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth and energy

• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and Biscuit Belly flair

• Operate the POS system accurately and process payments

• Run food, pre-bus, and reset tables to keep the dining room flowing

• Perform barista duties and bartender functions as needed

• Collaborate with teammates across FOH and BOH to keep service smooth

• Maintain high sanitation standards and food safety practices every shift

• Adhere to all local food safety guidelines

• Meet and exceed Biscuit Belly's standard operating procedures

• Be a role model for the culture — every shift, without exception

What we're looking for

• Genuine excitement for hospitality and taking care of people

• Barista experience a plus — but a great attitude goes a long way

• Calm, constructive, and positive under pressure

• Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Takes initiative — you see what needs to be done and you do it

• Strong communicator — good verbal, listening, and reading skills

• Able to receive direction from leadership and teammates

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for full shifts

• Punctual and reliable — the team counts on you

• Day shift availability required — no evenings, ever
