Are you a licensed Florida Health Insurance Agent looking for a remote opportunity with consistent hourly pay and bonus potential? We're hiring multiple Telesales Engagement Agents to support member engagement and health plan sales for the upcoming enrollment season.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound member calls
- Educate members on health plan benefits and available products
- Sell health and ancillary insurance products
- Answer policy questions and process account updates
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet sales, quality, compliance, and customer service goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building long-term member relationships

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Active Florida 215 or 240 Health Insurance License
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
Strong typing and computer skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center experience
Remote work experience
Telesales experience
Bilingual in Spanish or Creole
