The Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) provides client-centered, therapeutic massage and bodywork services to support clients in pain relief, stress reduction, and improved mobility. The LMT works as part of a collaborative wellness team at Revitalize Massage & Wellness, upholding professional and ethical standards and ensuring a warm, welcoming experience for every client.
Perform 30, 60, 90, or 120-minute massage therapy sessions tailored to the client's needs.
Review and complete SOAP notes and maintain confidential client records.
Provide client education and self-care recommendations.
Adhere to state regulations and company policies regarding hygiene, draping, and professional conduct.
Maintain cleanliness of the treatment space between sessions.
Arrive promptly and prepared for scheduled shifts.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and continuing education.
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and relaxing environment.
Current and active Florida Massage Therapy License.
Current professional liability insurance.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (not required).
Strong communication and listening skills.
Passion for helping clients move, feel, and live better.
Ability to perform massage work for extended periods (up to 6 hours per shift with breaks).
Ability to stand, bend, and move around easily in a treatment room.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds (linens, bolsters, small equipment, help clients on and off table if needed).
This position is classified as a W-2 hourly employee.
[Revitalize will withhold appropriate taxes and provide required documentation for employment.
Available shifts include: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday-Friday evenings.
A set schedule will be available, but will be confirmed weekly and is subject to change based on client demand and availability.
Team member is expected to arrive 30 minutes before their first appointment each shift and remain available until their last scheduled client.
Hourly Rate: $30 per hands-on hour/ $14 per hands-off hour (with 90-day review and possible raise)
Tips: 100% of tips received go to the therapist.
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly via direct deposit.

One massage per month, plus discounted additional sessions.
Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and Florida law.
Uphold clear professional boundaries with all clients and team members.
Adhere to company dress code.
Be respectful, punctual, and reliable.
Follow all studio policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
This position includes a 90-day probationary period. Performance and fit will be reviewed at the end of this period.
Regular check-ins and performance reviews will occur at least annually or as needed.
This is an at-will position. Employment may be terminated by either the employee or employer at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, in accordance with Florida law. Grounds for immediate termination include, but are not limited to, ethical violations, repeated tardiness, no-shows, misconduct, or endangerment of client safety.
