What you'll be doing:The primary duties of this job will include loading truck trailers with bulk flour. This will include collecting samples for the lab to analyze, completing all necessary paperwork, sealing all hatches, hoses and transfers points and performing regular cleaning and maintenance on the equipment used. As with most jobs at a flour mill, housekeeping will be an ongoing duty for this position. You are responsible for food safety.

High school diploma or GEDAble to back trailersAble to drive a manual transmissionCDL preferred, but not requiredFor safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in EnglishStrong mechanical aptitude is a plusProfessional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)Able to pass a criminal background check
