Description

Our client, is a leader in manufacturing high-pressure pumping equipment for the energy industry, is seeking a Fluid End Assembler to join its 2nd Shift manufacturing team. This is a hands-on mechanical assembly position ideal for individuals with experience in industrial manufacturing, heavy equipment, or mechanical assembly who enjoy working with precision components in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, values quality and safety, and is comfortable working with overhead cranes, forklifts, and large machined components.


Warehouse Position

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM


Pay:$23.00 per hour

Overtime may be required based on production demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble fluid end components and assemblies by following work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly procedures.
  • Safely operate overhead cranes and forklifts to transport and position large components throughout the assembly process.
  • Install and assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment.
  • Inspect, clean, and prepare machined parts prior to assembly.
  • Verify completed assemblies meet quality and production specifications.
  • Identify and communicate assembly or quality concerns to supervisors and quality personnel.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, including proper use of required PPE.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in mechanical assembly, heavy manufacturing, industrial production, or heavy equipment assembly preferred.
  • Experience operating overhead cranes and forklifts is strongly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools safely.
  • Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed assembly processes.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Physical Requirements

  • Routinely lift and move components weighing 20–30 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Comfortable working around large industrial equipment and heavy machined components.
  • Ability to safely operate in a manufacturing environment while meeting production and quality expectations.
