Fluid Plant Lead - 2nd Shift (Dryer Focus)

Grassland Dairy Products is seeking a motivated and dependable Dryer Equipment Lead to help oversee daily production operations while supporting safety, quality, and team performance throughout the department.

In this leadership role, you’ll work closely with the Shift Supervisor to keep operations running efficiently, maintain food safety and GMP standards, and support production goals. When the Shift Supervisor is absent, you’ll step into a key leadership role overseeing department operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily production, safety, and quality operations
• Lead and assist production staff throughout the shift
• Monitor machine performance and production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct quality checks and verify finished product accuracy
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement
• Train and mentor team members
• Promote a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment

Summary of Pay:

Wage Range: $25.00-$31.00/hour, plus $1.00/hour shift differential. Compensation for this position is commensurate with education, experience, and relevant qualifications.
