Fluid Plant Lead - 3rd Shift (Powder Packaging focus)

Grassland Dairy Products is seeking a motivated and dependable Powder Packaging Lead to support daily operations and help drive safety, quality, and production excellence within our manufacturing team.

This hands-on leadership role works closely with the Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient, compliant, and productive operations throughout the department. The Powder Packaging Lead plays a key role in supporting team performance, maintaining production standards, and leading by example on the production floor.

In the absence of the Shift Supervisor, this position assumes full supervisory responsibilities to help ensure smooth department operations and continued production success.

Summary of Pay:

Wage Range: $25.00-$31.00/hour, plus $2.00/hour shift differential.

Compensation for this position is commensurate with education, experience, and relevant qualifications.
